The Light is There

There is ALWAYS a light at the end of the tunnel.

It's Time to Love Again

When you find someone you want to know on a more personal level, for obvious reasons, let them know. You never know how they feel unless you say something. Don't use the excuses of your past to keep you from being truely happy in your future. Don't make the new person pay for the mistakes of those in your past. They are in your past for a reason. Time to love and to be loved.

Never Say Good-bye

We are born into this word with the innocence that can't be matched by anything else in this world. We come to this world, looking to learn. We come to this world, looking to make that impact on those we come in contact with during our life. Do we really know the true impact we can have on people around us?

We walk this Earth, living our lives to the best of our abilities. We take on the tests that life has for us. We conquer those tests, and then we move on. Is there any easy way for us to go on without our loved ones' physical selves being present for us. The answer is no.

We long for their presence. We want to be able to physically hold them and talk to them. We remember the fun times we physically had with them. We remember the long hours on the phone when we first met them. The long hours of walks on the beach or that special place you shared are embedded in our memory for eternity.

All of this, as important as it seems to be at the time, isn't in fact the true reason we miss our loved ones so much. It isn't the physical body that made us love and fall in love with those that mean so much to us. We didn't love them just because they had that radiant smile or bedroom eyes, but rather for the soul that used the physical body as a vessel to get around this earthly plain.

Remember,as you go through times of what seems to be a time of loss, it is only a time for transition. We transition from one form to another. We are always the same soul. We just use the physical body for transportation. Once our transportation breaks down, it is time to transition back to our natural state of being.

Remember, we are all spiritual beings having a human experience. Allow yourself to miss the physical love of our lives, but please never forget that that soul is never gone and that is the true love of your life. It is never a good-bye, but rather a, "See you later and I love you always."

This note was inspired by a beautiful couple who have nothing but true love between them. They are the bright lights that bless this world. That is something no one will ever change.

Today Is One of Those Days

Today is one of those days that I look back on my life, and think about those that have meant the most to me, but are not here on this earthly plain anymore. I think of those that have made a huge positive impact on those around them. I think about those that have never thought they meant so much to anyone, when in reality, they meant the world to me.

When I think of today, I think of my daddy, Bernard John Lupinacci. Today, June 6, 2010, is the 13 year anniversary of Daddy's graduation to The Other Side / Heaven. My dad was a man that everyone loved. They didn't have a reason not to. He was always helping people, even if that meant lending an ear to vent to, or a shoulder to cry on.

He may not have been perfect in everyone's mind, but he was perfect to me. No one human being is perfect, but my dad had the heart and dedication of a lion to his pride, and no one could change that. His priorities consisted of nothing but his kids, and making sure we had what we needed to be happy. It wasn't a fancy house or the best clothes, rather it was his love and devotion to us and making sure that our basic needs were met, while never forgetting that we were his reason for breathing.

Life was hard, heck it still is, but I could never forget the long hours my dad put into work, as did my mother, just to make sure we had food to eat, clothes on our back, and a roof over our heads. He made sure he spent quality time with us any chance he got. My fondest memory of Daddy was dancing around the living room with him while perched on his shoes. He would twirl me around like a "ballerina". I was the princess, dancing with my king.

There were times that I got into trouble because of things my brother would do. I used to be so mad, but as I got older, I saw those times in a different light. Looking back. I see that everything we went through, everything we were told to do or not to do, was a lesson for us to learn. These are lessons that although I have had to sometimes learn the hard way, I still learned them. These are lessons that one day, I will be able to teach my kids. These are lessons that I will be able to say to my kids, "I had to learn them, and if your grandpa was here, he would tell you the same thing. How do I know, because he told them to me when I was your age."

To this day, I remember the values, he instilled in me. To this day, I remember all of the rules he told me on how to be the best woman I could be. To this day, I remember, my daddy!

Hello Dear Ones,

I often ask people to look into their own eyes and say something positive about themselves every time they pass a mirror. These positive statements are affirmations. Are you willing to change your self-talk into positive affirmations?

A lot of what we normally say and think is quite negative and doesn't create good experiences for us. Notice the way that lonely, unhappy, poor, sick people talk. What words do they use? What have they accepted as the truth for themselves?

We have to retrain our thinking and speaking into positive patterns if we want to change our lives. That's why I'm so pleased to introduce you to my new book, Experience Your Good Now! I love this book because it's all about affirmations and how you can use them in your own life.

Do you always begin a conversation with a complaint? Do you realize that every complaint is an affirmation of something you think you don't want in your life? Every time you get angry, you're affirming that you want more anger in your life. Every time you feel like a victim, you're affirming that you want to continue to feel like a victim. If you feel that Life isn't giving you what you want in your world, then it's certain that you will never have the goodies that Life gives to others.

Positive affirmations are solutions that will replace whatever problem you might have. By repeating these affirmations over and over, you'll be planting new seeds in the fertile soil of your subconscious mind, and they'll become true for you.

I'm delighted to include a CD in the back of my new book. Do listen to the CD for at least 30 days. If you drive a car, it's a perfect companion on the road. If you have an iPod, it's the perfect companion when you walk and exercise. Let these ideas permeate your consciousness until they become a part of you.

I dedicate my new book to my ever-growing audience. It is my desire that each and every person learn how to use affirmations to create love, peace, joy, prosperity, and a sense of well-being.

Today is the day for you to learn the secrets of life. You can do it!

OH WOW..It's Been a WHILE

Hey there everyone!

WOW!! I can't believe it's been over a month since I last blogged. Sorry to everyone. I have been super busy. As you all know I have 2 positive and popular shows that I do called The Positive Side on BlogTalkRadio and Morning Coffee with Tanya and Stacy on ZTalkRadio. They have been keeping me very busy as well as everyday life and work.

A lot of very positive things have been going on. My book, The Positive Side of What No One Knows is coming right along so thank you to everyone that has inquired about it. I am currently working on my meditation cd that will be coming out soon. (I'm looking for the music that will aid in complementing the meditation itself.)

I have recently been accepted to the Hay House New Release Reviewers program. What does that mean? Well that means that Hay House will be sending publications to me to read and then write a review in my blog for all to see. My first review is going to be on the book called, The Shift by Dr Wayne Dyer. This is the companion book to the movie of the same name. I will update everyone when the review is posted which should be in the next few days.

I have updated my website so go check that out.

http://stacysgiftsnmore.webs.com

For those of you that have been following Nitro's Law, you know that it DID in fact PASS the Ohio House of Reps and is now on it's way to the Ohio State Senate to be considered. Keep and eye on my website for that or you can go to:

www.NitroFoundation.com

OMG there are a bunch of things to tell everyone but right now I'm getting ready to wind down for the night. Check back for more stuff as well as that review.

How Animals Spiritually Help Us In Our Everyday Lives

Where do animals come from? Do they have past lives and where do they go when their time here is done? Why are they here? What can we learn from our pets and even those who aren't “our” pets? Do pets have life charts as we do?

Animals are very much a gift to us from The Other Side. Personally, I believe that they have not written their own “charts” per se because I believe they are a different phylum then us. Do I believe they come to us for a reason, yes, but I don't believe that they themselves chart themselves to be with us. I believe we may chart for them to be a part of our human lives.

I do know that they each have their own distinctive personalities as we do. I come to this conclusion because of the many animals I have homed over the years as well as the 10 cats and 2 dogs that currently own me. Each one of them have different likes and dislikes which includes different activities and the way they interact with my family. Watching them interact with each other is an exciting experience. When watching them, you can actually understand their language with each other.

The following examples show how my animals have very distinctive personalities.

  • Cuddles – if you ask her for kisses, she will put her nose to yours or even to your lips. She is a big cuddle bug (hence her name). As loving as she is, she doesn't put up with any nonsense from the other cats when they bug her too much.
  • Smokey – He is the oldest of the family. He doesn't like to be held by anyone except my step-dad, but he will jump up on your lap and stay there and let you pet him for hours. He really does rule the house.
  • Beast – He likes to be picked up under his front legs as if a human baby were to reach up for their mother to pick them up. Then while you pick him up, he stretches his body. He loves to play with Lillie, the little dog, as she pulls him by the tail and they love to wrestle.
  • Boo – He will follow you around the house until you pick him up and carry him back to where you are going. He is a lover and is totally content with you petting him.
  • Princess – She doesn't like to be help unless it is on her terms. She can be a little standoffish if she doesn't feel like being bothered. Once she allows you to pet her, you are obligated to pet her until she says no more. Once she gets over stimulated, she will swat at you, no claws, but enough to let you know she is done before she runs away.
  • Angel – He loves to sit on the arm of the couch or chair and if you ask him for a high 5, he will give it to you. He loves to have you pet him and will often throw himself at your feet to have you pet him. He isn't much a hold me kinda kitty though. He is Cuddle's litter mate.
  • Cheyann – She loves to be outside and runs the yard outside. She is Smokey's litter mate. She loves to have you pet her, but she can get over stimulated and she starts huffin and puffin when she is done, but overall she is a lovable kitty. She only comes inside when it is storming out.
  • Cher – Is the smallest of the bunch. (smaller, not youngest) She loves to have you pet her and will “talk” to you if you don't pay attention to her. She is my nephew's cat. That's his “little girl”
  • Sylvester – He is Cher's litter mate. They were born outside as most of my animals were. Sylvester was MEAN when we brought them inside but over time, he became a lovable member of the family. He will talk to you if the food bowl is empty and will knock stuff over if you don't fill the bowls ASAP.
  • Dash – He is the youngest of my cats and he is also super close to my nephew. He acts like the top cat until the other ones let him know who's who in the chain of command. He also loves to play with Lillie. He is actually the original cat that she started pulling around the house by the tail.
  • Lillie – She is smallest of the 2 dogs and she is a poodle/chihuahua. She loves to chase the MALE cats around the house grabbing them by the back of their legs and around their private areas. They love to wrestle with her and she loves to act like one of the cats. She has such an amazing personality that she makes us laugh everyday. She HATES the mailman though.
  • Layla – Is my big dog. She is a sharpei / Shep. At 9 years old, she still loves to play and she is attached to me at the hip. She lives to please and is very protective over the house. She loves the family and loves Lillie. She can be a little apprehensive when around strangers. She would rather just be with the family. She is super sweet.

I know I went off on a tandem with my animals, but they are great examples of how animals have very different personalities. They are their own souls. Although they are cats and dogs, they, like humans, are each very different although they are the same species.

Our pets are nothing but pure love. They come to us for nothing but to help remind us there are entities out there that are nothing but pure unaltered love. They were created to bring us the unconditional love that most of us forget about. They don't care what we wear or where we live. They don't care about our sexual orientation. All they want is to love and to be loved back.

Why is it so hard for us as humans to understand the concept of love as the animals do? Our wonderful pets don't have the ego as we do. Sure they have their moments of wanting to be, “top pet” but for the most part, the ego most dogs have is due to their human parents. The sad part is we as humans don't always see animals for what they are but as a commodity or a prize.

One of the saddest acts of cruelty we portray to animals is dog fighting. How can we as humans condone this brutal act of cruelty. Pitbulls are the number one breed used for this activity. In some countries, this is considered a sport. I find this irresponsible as dog owners. Wouldn't this be considered as trying to “break their spirits”? This isn't always the case though as proven in the case where NFL football player, Michael Vick, was arrested for partaking in a very large Pitbull fighting ring. Michael served his time and I can only pray that he take the time to reflect and spend some quality time with these animals. Some of the dogs had to be humanly destroyed while other went on to loving homes. This is just an example of the loving spirits these magnificent have.

We can learn a lot from the spirit of animals. When you walk into your home after a long day at work, is it not your pets that look forward to your return. When you are having an emotional moment and just someone to cry to and vent without any comments, is it not your pets that listen and don't repeat any of your secrets?

Animals are also very good for healing, much unlike what we would like to believe. Pets have an amazing capability to aid in healing much more then we realize. Pets function on a different vibration level than humans. They can hear, see, and smell much more deeply than humans can. Since animals are pure love, they can absorb your negative emotions and automatically release it to a place where nothing but love exists. Have you ever been down and depressed while having a really draining day, and when you get home, you sit down and your pet sits next to you, and out of the blue, you start to feel better. Our beloved pets have much more to them then they are ever given credit for.

Have you ever been to a hospital or an elderly residential home and seen the reaction that occurs when a dog, cat, or even a rabbit enters the room? The energy of that room totally changes. There have been stories of elderly people who have been bed ridden, suddenly sit up and start walking. It's the healing energy of the pet.

With all of that being said, think about the purity of an animal the next time you want to act out of spite and vengeance. The next time you feel like calling someone a derogatory name, think of the unconditional love our animals give us and pass that love along to others.

Villalobos Rescue Center

The American Pitbull Terriers were once used to bait bulls and round up livestock as well as used in WWl and WWll to get messages to the battlefield. Soon after they became one of family's most sought after pet. Over the years human beings have turned this wonderful, smart, working dog into the vicious animal media has created.

Tia Maria Torres has dedicated her life to the rehabilitaion of the most exploited and feared breed of dog, the American Pitbull Terrier, also known as the Pitbull. Tia has made it her mission in life to bring public awarenes to this wonderful breed that over the years has become the "pit" of everyone's fear and thus has tried to exhile the breed from human population

Villalobos Rescue Center is the nation's largest Pitbull rescue center. Started in the early 90's as a wolf rescue center. Villalobos has become what it is today. A sanctuary dedicated to saving the lives and reputations of the world's most feared canine. Tia uses her love for the true qualities of this most misunderstood breed, to show the world that Pitbulls are not by nature the most vicious creature on earth, but a loving family dog.

This heavenly sanctuary cost about $600 a day to run. They supply over 2100lbs of food a week and their vet bills are well over $5000.00 a month. This organization could use the help of those that help put the pitbull in her home, us, the humans. It was us humans that created the monster and the stigma behind the breed. Now it's our time to rectify it also and give them back their true identity.

Villalobos Rescue Center is now a top watched reality show on Animal Planet. Pitbulls and Parolees, shows us how Tia and her team come together to save this breed and show the world the true essense of the Pitbull.

To donate time, money, blankets, bowls, food or anything that may help keep Villalobos Rescue Center up and running, please visit their website:

The Positive Side of Life

“When you smile, I can see the core of your essence. The sun and the moon can rise and set and still my only focus is you.”

“There's no better joy then watching the innocence of children playing. Hearing children laughing and enjoying themselves while they splash in the water is like listening to newborn birds sing in the joy of a new day.”

“When you feel like you are walking through a dark and lonely universe, let your light show you the way.”

“Never miss the chance to tell someone you love them. You never know what tomorrow will bring.”

“Confusion is the unbalance of knowing what to do. There is no confusion to loving yourself. Just do it.”

“Loving yourself is not a crime. Letting others tell you how is like robbing your soul of the love it deserves.”

“When someone tell you that you can't do something, remind them that you are living your life not theirs.

“When someone tells you that they are know all to everything, remind them the true truth and knowledge comes from within us, a much higher power then anyone on this earthy plane.”

“To love oneself is to accept the divinity within. That place where our true self resides.”

“Animals on earth are the closest and most purest form of love on Earth. We can learn a lot from them.”

“Life's tests do not include the actions someone expects of you for physical gain. They are the actions and the activities that are placed in front of you to spiritually advance. “

“When everything you do is for the better of man kind, everything good will come to you.”

“Light the lamp within you and watch as the world lights up with you.”

“Your inner divinity is more important then your exterior cover.”

“When the negative emotions overwhelm you, remember all of the positive attributes around you.”

“When you feel anything negative, remember you are experiencing your human emotions. Your real emotions are the ones of love and light within you.”

“For every negative emotion, you feel, do one positive action for yourself. Then do two positive actions for someone else. You will be amazed at the change of your thinking.”

“The value of one's self is not dependent on what others think.”

Why Does Love Hurt?

Why Does Love Hurt?

When you meet someone, you don't always plan on becoming more that a friend to that person, but what happens when you start to develop deeper feelings for someone? Can you help it? Can you prevent it? Do you even want to?

Ok, so you and your friend have decided to advance to the next step and enter into a romantic relationship. Your feelings and emotions for this person start to get stronger and deeper. It doesn't matter how long you are together, everyone is different. Some fall emotionally stronger for others faster than others.

Does that make it any less relevant to someone that is perhaps more emotionally guarded? Some people wear their hearts on their sleeve more then others. Does that make someone more vulnerable?

When you dive deep into the emotion we call love, you are allowing yourself to a world of warm and glowing sense of self. You are then offering yourself to another in hopes of returning that glow, but what happens when that glow dims?

There are times when no matter how much you love someone, you are not "in"love with them. There are times in which you are in love with someone, but you grow a part for one reason or another. These can sometimes be the toughest time in our lives, or so we think at the time.

Growing is good. Sometimes the growing one does is good for the relationship and sometimes it isn't for the best. Sometimes it can help the relationship and make the relationship strong and grow and sometimes this particular growth has no room for the relationship and the union has come to run it's course.

Now what is you are the one that did not find your growth in this relationship. Say your partner is the one that has learned their lesson and needs to move on? Where does that leave you?

Do you feel hurt? So you feel like the warm glow with has been extinguished and now lies with you a pile of ash in a dark and lonely place for no light to shine. Well you are wrong.

Your light will shine again. That warm glow will fill your body and bring it back to life once again. Give it some time. No need to rush it.

With each experience you have in life, you are gaining knowledge and learning. You may not think you are growing, but you most certainly are. Everyone grows and learns in different elements in different ways in life and this is no different.

Find out what you were to learn from this experience. Maybe all you needed to learn was how to love and that you can love. Maybe it was to learn how to love yourself so that you could experience how it is to love another.

Every relationship that comes into your life should be met with the intention of love. Not everyone can connect on the same level. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. With that being said, we also have personalities of our own. With our own uniqueness and our personal experiences in life, we are our own person and sometimes that just doesn't always allow us to be compatible with certain entities. It's just who we are.

When you are feeling like the love of your life is now gone, remember that people and experiences are put in front of you for a reason. learn the lesson and realize that you are not only deserving to find that true compatible, romantic love of your life, but you deserve happiness in every aspect of your life. Never give up your dream to be happy.

A Spiritual Perspective to Losing a Child

“We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”

These words as they ring true, don't always help our physical human selves understand or even care to want to understand what we go through when a child has moved on. When a couple hears the words, “You're going to have a baby.”, “It's positive.”, or “ You're pregnant.” , you can be overwhelmed with emotions. It doesn't matter who you are in the relationship. It doesn't matter if it's a heterosexual, homosexual, or just friends who choose to share in the joys of having a child together; to ear those words, you can be bombarded with mixed emotions. Even if the pregnancy was planned, you start to ask if you will be a good parent and provider for this child. Will you be a good role model to help this child grow to be the productive person society needs.

Days go by, then weeks, then months. This whole time, you have continued to nurture this growing physical, most precious gift which is going to have a soul much larger then any little mobile human body can hold. You start to bond with this baby, even though you have no idea what he or she is going to look like. This is the strongest bond you can have with another human being because this is unconditional love. There is no boundaries in which you can base your love. Not that there should be any involved anyways. This entity is going to bring that piece of you out that you yourself didn't see within you.

You are on top of the highest mountain in the world screaming for joy at the face that your precious bundle of joy is soon to make that grand entrance to fill your lives with the most up beat feeling of love and contentment. There is nothing that consumes your every breath and being more than to hear that sound. The cry of your newborn baby as they take their first breath and enters this world full of innocence and love.

What happens when you go to the hospital for that final check-up moments before you are about to deliver your baby and you find out that are never going to be able to hear their cry. As you sit there, the doctors are whispering. You ask, “What's wrong?”. “Is everything alright?”, “Is there something wrong with my baby?” Then the doctor turns to you and says, “I'm sorry, but your baby didn't make it. I'm sorry”.

At that moment, it happens so quick, without the blink of your eyes. You feel your soul fall into the deepest, darkest black hole. It seems like you are light years from ever seeing the light of another day. You are all alone. No one knows how you are feeling. No one understand. At that moment, not even the co-parent knows. Although you feel your chest is being restricted, you physically can't move. You're mind goes to another place and time. This can't be happening. Tears seem to freeze as they fall down your face like ice cycles on a roof top in the coldest of winters. You are cold..That warm glow that once filled your entire being, has turned to black ice. You may not be able to see it, but it's there waiting for someone to encounter it and meet it's wrath. Did you hear it right? Is it really true, or is this the cruelest joke a person can possibly play on another human being?

What can possibly be worse than hearing those words? Can their be such words? Could they possibly exist? Yes they can. Just when you thought, “What now?”, you hear, “We have to deliver the baby.” Are you serious? You begin to sink deeper into the hole as you scream to yourself, “I can't do this!”

The time comes when it is necessary to put all of your strength into delivering your little angel. As hard as it may seem, it is even harder to do. As you gather your to follow through, there is a small part of you that wants to wake up in the end saying, “Thank God it was only a nightmare!” The devastating part is, it was not a dream.

As you deliver your precious bundle, you wait to hear the chimes of sounds that prove all is well. The doctors were wrong. My baby is going to be healthy and live a long prosperous life. That sound never comes. It is true. The warm glow is now proven to be gone.

A body so still. A body with no warmth. Ten perfect tiny toes and ten perfect tiny fingers. The perfect little face so precious and still. No movement to be done. No breath to be taken. Where have you gone? Why have you gone? The shell of a body, so empty inside. Where has the conglomerate of a soul gone? May I go too? How do I go on? How do I find that light from the bottom of this hole?

Time goes on but you are finding it harder to accept the fact that you will never hear your baby cry. You won't watch him or her grown up and have life's milestones that you were looking forward to sharing with them. As time goes on, the tragic event of losing your baby brings you to a place where there is no comfort. No one can help you, not even your partner who is going through a dark place all of their own. Will there ever be light at the end of the tunnel? Does such a tunnel even exist?

The truth of life as we know it, is that everything happens for a reason. I, in my opinion, honestly believe that the entity in which was supposed to reside in this mobile vehicle, has changed their plan and not incarnate. This wasn't their time, so the golden cord has been severed.

With me being a firm believer that we all write our plan of life's charted path, I believe that that we “chart” events like this for us to learn and spiritually advance. I know that we chart with other entities to aid us in this learning process. I know that our “human” minds don't always allow ourselves to see what we are to learn at the time, but in time, we look back and we miss that entity with the beings of who we are, but we learn to appreciate that same entity for agreeing to help us find who we are and be a part of our spiritual learning and growth process.

This paper was inspired by a truly advanced soul of an angel who aided in the spiritual advancement of another soul to help him become the person he is today and for that I thank her.

When Love Hurts and the Family Divides

Why does love hurt? Who ever said love was easy? Who said that you could go through life and experience relationships as if everything is always happy and exciting? Is it even healthy to be in a relationship where you never fight? Is there ever such a thing? When do you call it quits? When is it too late to turn back? What makes it hard to turn away from the emotions that connects us to another? Is it the emotion we are turning from or the person? What makes people that are or were once so in love and drawn to each other not work out?

Loving someone is a magnificent feeling. Love is a force that many can't fight. Love is like any addiction. Actually, it is one. When you meet someone and you feel like you know that person, it's like you have known that person all of your life. It's a great feeling when you “click” right from the very beginning.

You meet them. You start talking on the phone. You go places and spend time with that person. You get to know them on a more personal level. Before you know it, you start dating. As these events are taking place, your feelings for this person is growing and becoming much stronger on an emotional level. Time goes by and the thought of marriage and children come up. You move forward and enjoy life. As with any relationship there are ups and downs, good times as well as some not so good times. As time goes on, you notice you are becoming more and more distant with your partner. You start to talk about how you both are feeling, but over time those talks become arguments and sometimes the arguments become fights. The kids are caught in the middle because now they are witnessing this and they are becoming emotionally confused.

Now they are forced to choose between both of their parents who both love them very much but are becoming to hate each other. Never should your children be placed in that situation. Never use your children as a pawn against your spouse or significant other. If your partner and you are not able to remain peaceful, then it is time to move a part, but your children should never feel the negative aspect of the separation. Never should you talk down about the other parent or disrespect them in front of your children.

The best advise I can give is this; when you talk about the other parent in a derogatory way, especially if the words you speak or false and you are wrong, it will come back to you. Never be the reason your children does not have contact with their co-parent. When you prevent your children from having contact with their co-parent out of spite, the “I'll show you” syndrome, or payback, the events will always come out to the children on day and then you will be the bad guy. The only thing your children need to know is that both parents love them very much, but they can no longer live together. Never lie to them because in the end, they will come to resent you. It doesn't make you a bad parent, but it makes your action seem horrendous and uncalled for.
Show your children that there are more mature ways to deal with the separation of a couple, than being vindictive, spiteful, hurtful, and fighting all of the time. When you act of negative emotions, you start to act and say things in an irrational matter. Sometimes out emotions are and can be the worse of us when we hurt.

No matter why you and your partner have decided to go your separate ways, keep it civil. Your way of handling the stress of a separation brings is more important to your children's perception of life then you think. You don't have to choose to act in a negative manner. No matter how the other person reacts. Always be the bigger person if for nothing else, your children's emotional well being.

If you are on the receiving end of a separation, it can be hurtful to a point that you feel you need to act out, but know that you acting immature will not help you or your children. Getting mad and irrational will do much more harm to you and your children as if you were to just let things ride out and they will and deal with it with respect for yourself and your children. You're children need you more then they need anything else when a family prepares to divide. They need to know that both of their parents love them unconditionally and if that means you as the parent have to sacrifice to be happy then so be it. Remember, YOU as the parent must sacrifice. Not the children.
When you love with pure intention and something like a separation happens, it can hurt down to the core of your soul. Know that everything works out and this is nothing but one of life's tests and you will also conquer this. We have too hurt in order to learn and spiritually advance. We are shown the bigger picture at the end. We may or may not it at the time, but this is the case. It is a learning lesson for everyone involved.
If you are in a situation where you are being kept from visiting your children out of spite and hate instead of anything legal and valid, know it is not your fault but you also have legal rights. Now if you are being kept away for physical and/or mental abuse, then know that you have to look within you to find the will to change and then, and only then, can you come to come sort of conclusion.

If your right to your children are not of your own doing, keep a journal of every time you have contact with your ex or attempt to contact your children. When you purchase something for them, you keep the original receipt and give them gift receipts. Pray that they know how much you love then and that your ex and yourself can come to a truce. Never wish bad on any one for anything. No matter how bad the breakup is. Karma is nothing but life's experiences and what you put out, you will receive three fold.

Work through your emotions. Never just jump into another relationship. When you are still emotionally attached to someone, it is not emotionally healthy for you to attempt at another relationship. The emotions can be confusing and you are not honestly capable of giving that person 100% chance of what they deserve from you. If you can not give someone 100% of what they deserve because of your past, you need to work on releasing the emotional impact of that previous relationship. It is not always easy, but it is not fair to you or the new person. It's also not fair to your children.

Be happy and love yourself. Build yourself up to be the strong, independent person you need to be for you and your children. You all deserve a positive outlook to a sometimes dark experience. Namaste

Why Can't People See The Positive Side of Everything

I have been asked a few times lately, "what's the point in writing this book?" Then I've been told,"Are you thinking you are going to sell a lot of books to make money?" "what makes you think you will have a good enough book that someone will want to read or that a company will want to publish?"

My reason for writing this book is to help other people realize that they are not alone. I know that a lot of people have put their stories in print for their own reasons but those people are not me. They don't have my stories. They haven't lived my life as I have not theirs. I do not think that there can be too many people putting their stories out there to help get the word out there to stop the insanity we call abuse.

Personally I am not putting my book out there to win any big prize or anything like that. Don't get me wrong..If it does go big then great but if it don't get anywhere but to help 1 person, then all of this hard work that I have put into this is above and beyond worth it. I am not writing this book in some special language. Heck I could really care less if I use the wrong punctuation in a sentence. I am no English major. I am just an everyday kinda gal that wants to help others see the positive side of life!

So my final thought on this is:

I'm writing this book to help others and I guess as well as myself. This is a form of therapy for everyone! If you do not wish to support me then that's ok also. I am still going to do this with or without your support. You can't stop me. Even if a major publisher never wants to pick up my book, that'ok too because I am going to self publish my book. Like I said, my main purpose is not to make tons of money but rather to get the book out to those that need it. I want the control over my book to be able to get the book into shelters which I may or may not be able to do if a major publisher takes it. If it works out to be I can have both then great but other then that, I think I have expressed my point of view on this topic.

To everyone that is in total support of me and this journey.I love you to the core and thank you for everything!

To those that are not so supportive, I love you too and I must thank you also! Thank you for giving me the extra boost to keep going in spite of what you think..I'm going to do this!!!

Light and Love to everyone, everywhere!!!
